Boutique fitness software platform, Xplor Mariana Tek, has launched a suite of franchise management software tools, built in collaboration with its franchise partners.
With more than 25 per cent of Xplor Mariana Tek’s clients deploying a franchise model, the new software is designed to simplify royalty fee collection and disbursement and provide accurate, real-time, multi-site data, so franchisors can avoid manual calculations and remove invoicing processes. The new tools include a dashboard that delivers reporting at a glance.
“Our franchise management tools offer greater transparency for franchisors and franchisees,” says Shannon Tracey, vice president of sales and marketing for Xplor Mariana Tek. “We’ve made it easier to manage royalties, fees and all the complexities of a fast-growing fitness business.”
There are controls for classes, memberships, client account balances, discounts and gift cards specific to each location or staff role and franchisees receive appropriate compensation. Franchisors can decide which settings standardise and which elements to give franchisees flexibility with.
Centralised marketing campaigns can also be created.
Additional master franchise features for accurate, tiered revenue collection across territories, while immediate royalty calculations for real-time financial tracking, will be launched later this year.
Owned by Xplor Technologies, Xplor Mariana Tek works with fitness and wellness studios across the UK, US and Canada, including Barry’s, Bodybar, Barre3, Modo Yoga, Pvolve, SpinCo, Sweat440 and Tremble.
The company launched an in-app gaming application last year.
