Fiit reveals the success of its One Fiit B2B platform that's delivering Hyrox group exercise classes

By
Since launching in 1,500 gyms last year, the ONE FIIT operating system is now plugged into 10,000 gyms worldwide
Co-founder and CEO Ian McCaig sets the company an ambitious target of connecting 500,000 gyms and 10 million trainers globally
ONE FIIT's B2B revenue growth up 175 per cent YoY and 51 per cent overall.
The solution is powering premium fitness experiences for The Gym Group, IHG, Serco Leisure, Westfield Health and Cortland Living.

Evolving from its business-to-consumer origins, connected fitness app Fiit launched One Fiit, a business-to-business operating system built to deliver digital and in-real-life group training at scale.

Central to this has been the rollout of the Hyrox365 Performance Hub, which The Gym Group is now leveraging to offer Hyrox-approved classes in 120 of its 240 UK sites.

Ian McCaig, Founder and CEO of One Fiit, told HCM that having raised £15m across four funding rounds between 2017 and 2019, this broadening of focus has resulted in the company now operating at a profit, with a run rate of 41 per cent EBITDA.

That success, he said, has been supercharged' by a 175 per cent growth in B2B revenue (51 per cent overall) tied to the success of the Hyrox partnership.

"Working with Hyrox has been incredible, because they're a rocket ship and are growing so fast," said McCaig.

"Fifty-thousand trainers are on the platform, delivering Hyrox workouts every day in 107 countries in 13 languages."

From launching in beta a year ago with 1,500 gyms on the platform, the One Fiit operating system is now available in 10,000 gyms globally, including those tied to residential property firms, hotels and corporate offices.

With Hyrox aiming to be in 50,000 gyms in the next three years, McCaig said the goal is to reach 100 million athletes with the gym proposition.

"Our mission to make exercise a habit for everybody hasn’t changed," he said. "But now, we’re building the infrastructure to help every fitness-forward brand and facility deliver exceptional training experiences, without needing to build the tech themselves."

Douglas Gremmen, Chief Growth Officer at Hyrox added: "Hyrox365 has experienced explosive growth in recent years, with gym affiliation surging worldwide year-on-year.

“We’re thrilled to partner with One Fiit as we bring the Hyrox365 Performance Hub to life across our global affiliate networks.

"Together, we're not only building a dynamic platform, but also empowering our partners and communities to unlock their full potential."

In a One Fiit investor update released on Friday 31 October, McCaig said the company plans to reveal its biggest launch in Q4 – "a new toolkit for gyms and trainers to build workouts and deliver these into their gym floor and group-exercise studios across multiple screens".
