Health club management software house, ABC Fitness, has launched an integrated solution called Click2Save.
The system has been designed to reduce member churn before cancellations take place, without intervention from staff.
When members attempt to cancel online, Click2Save software offers savings, flexible membership options, or a billing holiday to incentivise them to stay.
ABC Fitness told FitTech and HCM that this last line of defence could see up to 14 per cent of members who intend to cancel continuing with their membership payments.
The purpose-built member retention tool is powered by DX Factor’s Outcomes Micro Agents Platform, which uses AI to help operators grow revenues and improve efficiency.
The partners believe the automated Click2Save tool will assist in protecting recurring revenue and retaining valuable relationships with members, in an automated, fully digital way.
ABC Fitness chief strategy officer Mo Iqbal tells us: “Click2Save enables operators to provide choice and convenience at the point of risk, reinforcing the value of long-term membership over transactional, on-demand access such as that offered by aggregators.
“Click2Save activates when a member begins the cancellation process – it’s designed as the final step in retention before a member disengages,” Iqbal added. “The tool intercepts people who are about to churn at the moment of risk, turning a cancellation intent into an opportunity to retain.”
