New consumer expectations demand an exceptional customer experience

By
Consumer expectations have fundamentally shifted – they want to train, play or exercise when, how and wherever they want. We as an industry need to make that happen and our platform makes that simple for leisure and fitness operators to deliver, Anthony Franklin, founder and managing director

fibodo believes that providers who meet consumers needs of service, flexibility, richness of content and accessibility will thrive as we build new and different models of working in leisure, health and fitness and across all sports and activities.

Supporting members in this journey, whatever their chosen activity, is the only viable way to do business from 2021 onwards.

fibodo makes this happen by providing easy to use booking, member management, payments and CRM for every activity type. Making it simple to deliver seamlessly in person, in or outside of your premises, live-streamed or through branded catch up on demand.

Our clients don’t need more technology, they need better results.

Live streaming

We’ve recently launched live streaming services with LeisureSK, who received instant positive results by delivering live classes by their own local coaches for their members; who in turn are reporting increased benefits from local instructor-led classes, as opposed to streaming content from other global sources.

Multi-site gym operations

Getting results is easier when you can engage across web, mobile, app, email, social, and on-demand content. You’re never far from your members or prospects.

Recently fibodo worked with Champneys during lockdown to help it build a robust COVID Safe system for booking its six gyms across the UK. Now, Champneys is taking over 30,000 bookings a month, with excellent feedback and going live with new products to support its members.

The new member model

Talking money, operators need to charge like it’s 2021, not 1999. With all activities paid upfront, you can configure your new member models to reflect the new digital, in-person or mixed usage access to your locations and digital services.

Especially important is the ability to charge members easily through the apps for additional services like PT, physiotherapy or activities helping with COVID recovery, weight loss and nutrition.

New ways to deliver

No longer are you constrained by a complicated IT setup and our modular approach to platforms means you can launch bolt-on activities quickly for your members and clients on web, apps or social.

Choose from simple start-up with our live engagement modules to run alongside your existing LMS and CRM, our rapid start enterprise product for managing multi-site, multi-activity operations or brand it your own way with our custom apps to fully match your bespoke customer journey.
