Safety, quality of service, and member engagement are key in order to offer a unique fitness experience that will boost re-opening.

As gyms, fitness clubs and boutiques are about to reopen, it’s important they implement the best technological solutions to get their members back and to attract new customers.

Uptivo is the all-in-one digital solution for fitness clubs, boutique studios and personal trainers that provides powerful tools to schedule activities, manage member payments and monitor heart rate both for remote and on-site classes, in order to take fitness to a new level.

Uptivo allows fitness professionals to offer a customised and personalised service to members by providing accurate heart-rate effort tracking to monitor both individual and group training sessions.

The platform also enables 100 per cent remote workouts or combined remote and on-site sessions thanks to HR telemetry and video streaming, providing the effectiveness of a tailor-made workout.

By using the Uptivo heart-rate monitoring platform, coaches have all the necessary information at their disposal to motivate trainees, provide feedback, and introduce new activities in order to reach members’ individual training targets wherever they are.

Heart rate activity data, training zones, calories and Uptivo Performance Points (UPPs) are displayed on training tiles during the session. At the end of each session, training reports are automatically uploaded to members’ cloud profiles.

With gamification features such as fully customisable challenges, rankings and levels, Uptivo will increase members’ motivation and retention and will drive friendly competition.

The platform is a perfect ally to help fitness professionals build an enjoyable environment, bring fun to training, and create a strong community.

Uptivo management functionalities also allow gyms and trainers to schedule individual and group activities, manage bookings and waiting lists and let members purchase their credit packages, memberships and subscriptions via the Uptivo app for iPhone and Android phones.
