Following the conclusion of a US$7. 5 billion merger, EGYM is now a subsidiary of Playlist, alongside Mindbody, Booker and ClassPass.

Playlist, parent company of Mindbody, Booker and Classpass, has merged with EGYM, supplier of AI-enabled workout programmes and corporate wellness solutions, to create an expanded entity with a US$7.5 billion valuation.

Mindbody, which also owns Booker and Classpass has revealed a new parent brand for the three companies – Playlist – while stressing that each Playlist business will continue to operate as it does today, with no changes to its products or services.
