Peloton and Google have announced a partnership which will give Google Fitbit Premium members access to a wide range of Peloton classes.

Peloton has secured a critical US$1bn five-year loan to shore up its finances.

Peloton Interactive Inc is believed to be working to get its costs under control in a bid to align with the expectations of private equity investors as it considers de-listing.

Peloton, which announced a major rebrand in May is also relaunching into the B2B market as Peloton for Business, which it says will offer "a unified portfolio of B2B wellbeing solutions for enterprise clients".

One of Peloton’s investors, Krikor Arslanian, is suing Peloton leaders, including CEO John Foley, for insider trading.

Two of Peloton’s co-founders, John Foley and Hisao Kushi, executive chair and chief legal officer respectively, have resigned.

Peloton is set to axe around 800 jobs, increase the price of its equipment and close some of its retail operations as part of efforts to turn around the decline in its business.

Peloton Studios London will open its doors to the public on 19 August.

Peloton has announced that it will exit all owned manufacturing operations, cease making its own products and instead expand its partnership with Taiwan-based manufacturer Rexon.
