Active people app, Strava, has overhauled its strength training experience, allowing gym-goers to automatically log and share their lifts from their wearables.

Wearables brand, Amazfit, has newly launched the Active Max smartwatch, which tracks more than 160 sports and activities, offers AI-powered training plans and analytics to track progress.
