Fitness tech firm EGYM has acquired French corporate fitness and wellbeing business Gymlilb for what has been described as a 'high double-digit million' purchase price.

EGYM has completed a US$41m Series E financing round led by Mayfair Equity Partners, a leading tech and consumer growth investor.

Fitness tech group eGym has appointed Sir George Buckley as its chair.

Germany-based fitness startup eGym has secured US$20m (€18m, £15m) worth of financing led by NGP Capital.
